Kayla was such a joy to work with. She has been super communicative from day one and answered all my questions. I had my wedding in Texas and shipped my flowers next day… unluckily for me, a few days after I shipped my flowers, there was a “winter storm.” My bouquet and my husband’s boutonniere didn’t get to Kayla’s until 1 1/2 week later even though I did priority shipping. Kayla called or went to the USPS store everyday to check on my package and updated me every chance she got. She was so sweet and reassuring during this process. She saved what she could of our flowers and I think she did a beautiful job and was actually able to save a good amount. I’m so grateful for her. Definitely book her if you get the chance!
I connected with Joy Enterprises on her Etsy listing, and she was an amazing communicator! She would update me on the progress of the flowers and how they looked while in the drying process and had fast turn around times when I asked for some tweaks on the display. She also went above and beyond when my order was damaged in shipping (not her fault) and she ordered a new frame and sent it to me free of charge. Could not recommend her enough! If I ever have flowers to preserve again, I’d definitely go with her again!
