“My husband and I were married at my aunt and uncle’s lake house on High Rock Lake. We were blessed with the most beautiful Autumn weather with the leaves in the trees being the most beautiful colors. The air was crisp and cool, but still had a lingering warmth to it.
“Our ceremony was at 3:00 in the afternoon followed by our reception. Great music was played, laughs and smiles were shared, cheers were made, and love was spread throughout the entire day and evening. From the macrame details at my ceremony site and throughout many other areas, to the mismatched vintage rugs that adorned the aisle I walked down, to my super sweet flower crown, I was truly in boho-chic heaven; I felt like a queen. We had the best time celebrating our union with our family and close friends.
“Some would say my blue and white snakeskin boots were the most unique element, though I would say it was all the colors combined with all of the lace and macrame details that were present.
“If I could change anything, I would have told myself to take more deep breaths and to really soak in the little moments and be less worried. Everything came and went so fast, but it really was the most perfect and beautiful day of my life. It was my dream wedding.” ~ Meredith
