I need to extend my gratitude to everyone that got these additional napkins to our venue without hesitation when a problem was discovered. I indeed did not catch that the quantity of the napkins on the order was less than I needed, but Southern Event Rental did deliver the correct amount according the original order. Fortunately we dressed the tables the day before, and that is when the shortage was noticed. When I called mid-afternoon Friday and was told that one staff person was out sick and one was working at a trade show, my hopes of getting it worked out weren’t looking too good. But I did get a quick return phone call. Without worrying about who made what mistake, the Southern Event Rental staff’s only concern was getting it fixed. And they did! In less than hour or so, the additional napkins were delivered to the venue before it closed for the night. Whew! Thank you for knowing that I wasn’t worried and somewhat panicked over silly napkins, but instead a very important color decor item that makes an impact on the look of the reception room on the most important day of my daughter’s life. Please share this appreciation to all that helped work out this important detail and to all the higher ups that need to know that a job was well done and appreciated by this customer.
Southern Event Rentals added the perfect finishing touches to the most amazing day of my life. The chairs were extremely comfortable and so beautiful, the dining area was the highlight of the space. The attention to detail in each piece used by this company was perfect. They provided a stunning chandelier that fit the romantic and elegant theme of our day. Our event planner/florist used their centerpiece vases to create a beautiful focal point to each table the made the space pop while not crowding the table. Great quality and great service. I would highly recommend this company!
We rented some beautiful farm tables and xback chairs and they looked amazing at our barn venue. We also rented dusty blue linens that had a gorgeous color!

We used Southern Event Rentals for our chairs and dance floor for our outdoor wedding. The staff was very helpful and communication was clear and prompt throughout entire process. The staff went above and beyond during setup by moving the dance floor following last minute changes. Their hardware added the perfect touch to complete our outdoor/lakeside themed wedding. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to all!

We were extremely pleased with Southern Event Rental for our 220 person wedding this past September! We rented all of our linens, place settings, glassware, cake stand and extra tables (that weren’t provided by our venue) from SER. The showroom they have is FANTASTIC!!!! They had more than enough linen varieties (including different colors and textures) and place setting options. Then came the fun part being the visual person I am!! My mom, our wedding planner and I spent hours trying out different linen and place setting combinations until we found exactly what we wanted. We even brought the vases and candles we had already purchased to use and staged them with the tables in the showroom. I cannot speak highly enough about Shannon! She would stop what she was doing to get extra inventory out of the back for us to “play” with and was happy to give her recommendations when we asked for them! She even went the extra mile and got out items that were already pressed and cleaned for us to see which was super nice since they would have to be recleaned. Talk about going above and beyond!! Once we met with Shannon, we received an emailed quote that was broken down by each item. This made it SUPER EASY to look at the quote in detail and be able to cut things out items as needed to help reduce costs (which is important for any bride as wedding costs add up quick). One we decided to use SER, we received an emailed contract and sent it back and I was able to pay the deposit over the phone. Eveything looked absolutely beautiful at the reception and was the exact quality of what we had seen in the showroom. I cannot recommend Shannon and the entire Southern Event Rental team enough!! Shannon was awesome to work with. She helped so much from last minute additions to color samples that my florist needed. The pricing was also a huge plus. I would absolutely rent from them if you are looking for great accent choices for a big day!
Erin Baker helped me navigate the intricacies of event rental for my 150-person sit-down dinner at an aquarium, without the benefit of a wedding planner. I could not have been happier with my experience. The tables, glassware, dinnerware, serving equipment, linens, and other display pieces were in perfect shape and fit my formal event beautifully. Everything was exactly as described, and Southern Event Rental worked seamlessly with my venue and my caterer to get everything in place as promised for a stress-free experience. My sister and I were very pleased with our experience with Grand Rental Station. Shannon and everyone else we encountered at the business were wonderful- they were all very helpful, patient, flexible, professional and enjoyable people to be around. We used chairs and several linens in decorating for an outdoor retirement/garden party for our mom. Everyone loved the decor and wanted to know where we got the chairs and everything. Everything wouldn’t have been nearly as nice and beautiful without the items we rented. We will definitely use Grand Rentals again some time.

Grand Rental came through for me on my last minuet details for my wedding. They were friendly, professional and very flexible. Reasonably priced I could not have been happier with the service and the final results. I rented my table cloths and napkins from them. Their Lavender purple matched exactly!! What a wonderful experience! Shannon Carmack was so professional and knowledgeable. She was always available to answer questions and quickly responded to any concerns. During such a busy and sometimes stressful time, it was a blessing to have a calm, helpful and caring person. I was also impressed with Allen who helped me with site planning, set up and take down. He was confident and full of great ideas and solutions. I was so glad to have him in charge of our site needs.
The girls at GRS were absolutely AMAZING! I had a pretty good idea of exactly what I wanted and they did an outstanding job of making that vision come true. I had specific ideas about what I wanted for linens, chargers, service ware and chair draping and the team at Grand Rental went above and beyond to make that happen. They did not have the sequin linens or chargers that I wanted but got many samples in and out sourced them until they found the exact ones I wanted and I could not have been happier about the way the place settings turned out?just like I envisioned! They were so easy to work with and really came through in procuring my rental items. We had so many guests comment on how beautiful the linens were!
